Because, APhi definitely had a TG with Alcohol with ATO last night.

Even if it was a date party, they aren't allowed to attend. They aren't even allowed to attend philanthropies...

^ Incorrect. APhi as a house cannot attend an event as APhi (whether it be a TG, philanthropy, etc). Individual girls, however, can attend such an event since they wouldn't be going to another house's date party as an organized group.
