Why are frats allowed to have rush if they areon so pro (zbt and dtd) and what does it mean for their "pledge class"?

It means they threw a party so big and out of control they got in trouble for it last year and aren't allowed to hold chapter house parties or have socials for fall quarter. It really isn't a big deal, don't let it sway your decision. If you really get along with the guys you should consider joining. Good luck.
