I think they mean Chi Omega, not alpha chi omega. So a chapter that isn't here anymore

Chi Omega was at UCSB until the mid eighties, don't know what happened, but then Tri Delt started leasing their house! They've been at that house for like 30 years now.

Chi Omega closed in 1994, after being on campus since 1950. Tri Delt has been renting the house since then. It is hoped that Chi Omega will return to UCSB sometime.

The Chi Omega chapter was at UCSB until about 1994 or 1995. They are considering returning.
