sorority rush

So I'm going to rush a sorority as a sophomore and was wondering if there's anything I should expect that would be different than rushing as a freshmen? I got involved on campus last year, but is there anything specific that sororities look for from sophomores?

Be prepared to explain why you waited to rush, and what you want to get out of your sorority experience. And don't think you know a house already just because of what you've heard, it's best not to go through recruitment with a certain house in mind, be open to meeting new people. Feel it out and go where the good vibes are for you, good luck!

Prepare yourself for disappointment, its much more difficult to get a bid as a sophomore. Some houses won't even consider you so don't take it personally.
So keep an open mind & if its meant to be it will be.

Do you know which sororities won't even consider sophomores? And do you know if they drop you early on in rush so as not to intentionally string you along until the last rounds?
