what kind of guys does each house look for?

Hey guys, I'm going into my second year and was planning on rushing in the fall. I rushed a couple houses in the spring but didn't get a bid. I know what everyone says "Get a feel for each house for yourself" but that's not really all that helpful tbh. Im planning on rushing 4-5 houses the fall but I feel like I should be more informed than I currently am.
