As someone who rushed informally and joined AEPhi years back, I can say that their biggest struggle has always been numbers and when you are a small house competing against much bigger houses who have been around much longer your competition is fierce and, as people can see, somewhat impossible. Because of that, they have always been smaller, but my favorite part about this house was the sisterhood. At the end of the day, the things you remember the most are the times you spent with your sisters, not how many guys you hooked up with from other fraternities. Honestly, I was glad that we didnt have events with some of the frats as I had heard some shady stories of people taking advantage of other sorority girls. Unfortunately, UCSB's greek system is very superficially based and as much as I loved my house I WAS aware of people's opinions and being human, always felt a bit embarrassed. I wish I hadnt cared as much, but I am human and it happens. I wish these girls so much luck and growth in the future and to remember the things that matter most in college are the friends you make not just the partying you do. xoxo

I've seen them at the arbor trying to get new members lol. The only ones in Panhellenic or IFC to try to do that. And Almost all of them look disgusting. If a guy isn't great looking, a good personality and character can help them. If a girl is as beat as most of these girls, there's not much you can do. That's the reason that no fraternity has TG's with them.
