What's with the hate about ZBT? Unfortunately all of the new houses are this way. If you're gonna talk about them, then you can just throw in the last few frats/social clubs that started in the last few years too.

The diff is other houses went through the planning process, the recruitment, the long hours of deliberation, etc. ZBT simply took the easy way to what they must believe can make them "top". These guys will be walking around in their letters with an undeserved sense of accomplishment.

They are going to the top because people still rate a house by how cute the guys are or how much relations each frat has with a sorority. I hate it, but the majority of Greeks have a shallow mind set. Which is why ZBT did that. It's pretty messed up because by this time next year nobody will really care or rember how they got there. So unless you want to spark some social change, there really is no use talking talking about it.
