The sigma nu self ranks are cringeworthy.
It's like anytime their mentioned negatively there is bound to be a "you must be a sig pi" comment.
Just take the criticism like the goobs you are and go back to Weenie Hut Jr.

Greekrank puts Zete low because all of the guys who attract upper-tier sorority girls are about to graduate, and because of their lack of a proper house. Had they been successful in snagging Beta's house, things might have been different. No way they're upper middle.
I'd put Sigma Nu and Sigma Pi above AEPi and DTD above ZBT as well, personally.

I don't know where you're getting this info from, but I'm pretty sure zete only has couple, (3 max) guys graduating this year. And it's not about the house that matters to us, it's the guys. Take it from a girl (upper tier) that knows a good amount of guys there

zete may not have the biggest house nor as much funding due to their relatively small number, but at least they know how to have a good time

SigEp / ATO (we can all agree here...)
After that it's really a matter of perspective, these are my thoughts
Sig Pi: strong philanthropy and good parties. Still overcoming a few negative stereotypes but overall theyre a major player in Greek Life and they've earned some respect.
Sig Nu: Honestly they have been having a great year and they seem to be going places. They know what their weaknesses are and they are clearly fixing them very fast. Hats off to you guys.
Zete: Great guys overall. Their house is holding them back a bit, but I'd say this is a strong fraternity with a lot of potential.
AEPi: Another case of a strong fraternity being held back by their house. The brotherhood is strong and they are a positive force in IFC not super hard partners but that isn't necessarily a bad thing.
ZBT: We all know about the house and the pledges. I think they deserve credit for taking chances and making such bold moves but I think 2015-2016 will be the year that judges these guys best. Wait and see.
DTD: Not much to say, these are some really nice guys and I like them. Good parties, great attitudes. House isn't great, but they make it work. Strong fraternity.
Kappa Sig: I wish I knew more but I really have to take a "wait and see" approach here as well, they got in IFC and that's huge, plus they are pretty visible on campus and that's a plus, but they need a house.

This is one of the better attempts to rank that I've seen. Perspective really does mean a lot. If Phi sig makes it through the suspension then they go right back to top with ATO and sig sep
