I would definitely put Sig Nu and Sig Pi above Zete for sure...and Sig Pi at the same level or even above Aepi. You're think of what the fraternity standings were at last year. The ball is definitely rolling for all of these fraternities.

yeah sigma nu is not top tier haha. But above aepi and sigma pi now, thats for sure

I feel like sig nu is top house material they just aren't ready yet. Spring quarter will be a good decider

Sig ep-still remains top. Overall hottest guys, best reputation.
ATO-Still barely a top house, has a lot of chillers but looks have declined. Nothing new here.
MIDDLE
Sig Nu: I think they've officially earned top mid tier house, had a huge influx of hot pledges, their quarterly was the best I've ever seen, and their presence is getting pretty large.
Sig Pi: Not as tryhard as they used to be so thats good, but definitely slowing down after their growth last year. If they get a couple more pledge class of quality guys that aren't annoying like previously, then I see them back in balance with sig nu.
Zete: these guys are super popular and a ton of fun. But I give most of that credit to their SAE guys who will be leaving soon. Then they'll be tiny again and stuck in that awful house.
Aepi: Hasn't had an impressive pledge class for a while, still friends with a lot of the older cool guys but have gone downhill. Super mixed bag going on.
bottom
DTD: They've gotten better for sure, but still can't get out of the bottom house rut.
ZBT: Even though they got betas pledge class, they're still outnumbered by some really really weird guys, and the mixture just makes the vibe of the house really really awkward. Maybe in a couple years.
Kappa Sig: Just getting going. Typical new colony kind of guys.
If I had to guess who will fill the hole in the top, by next year I see it being Sig Nu, zete, or sig pi. But thats only if they have the same success they've had this year

I don't see why people don't think Sig Nu is a top house by now. They may not be as overall good looking at Sig Ep, but they throw more/more insane parties than they do. ATO has been steadily falling and is continuing to do so. Average pledge classes leading to less fun events. I'd much rather go to Sig Nu than most other houses (RIP Beta) and it seems the only reason people don't think they're a top house is because they came up so fast.

they just don't have the connections w/ girls man. They probably just havent been here long enough to have nearly the strong connects that sig ep and ato have, just think about it. Otherwise they're not doing anything wrong

I guess I can see that. Im in a house most would consider middle tier, and I feel like I know quite of few of their guys, but it does seem like they've been hanging around with the same girls since they were a smaller house.

This is 100% true. Ask any girl in the sororities that matter ( APhi pi phi or dg) they go to zete phi sig ATO and sig Ep not sigma who

Zete's graduating class sets them back soo much, they're below aepi and sig nu imo
