Phi Sig is smart in that it's suppressing rumors and keeping in-house business, well, in-house. There hasn't been an official statement yet from either them or IFC, but they are kicked off.

Was it the school who kicked them off and not nationals pulling the charter? Does this mean they are welcome to re charter in 4 years or are they banned like lamba?

that is what no one knows. the limited information available only reads that they've been kicked off. I'd speculate that nationals pulled their charter. information will come out with time
