Who's going to take the beta house yet? Really curious since this house would propel whichever org takes it up in rankings.

Zete's age distribution might be a disadvantage because the landlord will want some asssurance that they can fill the house next year. Which they wont do if half the frat graduates. K-Sig sucks but at least they have the numbers, AEPi has a real shot. Maybe the lower tier guys can take AEPi's place when they leave.

Not a chance Kappa Sigma. Go back to doing ... whatever it is you do. DTD and ZBT are bottom but at least theyre on the list. How about you get a charter before you go dancing around campus with letters?

Kappa Sigma seems low key from what I see. They may wear their goober shirts around, but that can be pretty cool knowing that they have some pride even though they don't have anything to their name. I think anybody picking on them is probably taking Greek Life too seriously or is threatened. Either way, not a good look people.
