attractiveness in frats

What do girls think of the attractiveness of fraternities at ucsb? Obviously the top tier have the most amount of hot guys, but does that mean there's no hot guys in the middle/bottom fraternities? Because I definitely feel like I've seen even some guys in the middle/lower houses that are hotter than some of the guys in top houses, but do the girls at ucsb even care/notice because they're not in the "top" tier?
