Is there any way that I can get into a sorority as a non-transfer junior?

of course you should try! it's not always about your class standing, but rather what kind of connection or impression you make with the girls in whichever house you feel is right for you.

I think you should try rushing one of the smaller houses because the larger houses typically want to avoid upperclassmen.

Smaller houses? Like what? I'm not sure if I want to be in a bottom tier sorority unless their sisterhood is great.

Smaller house doesn't necessarily mean bottom tier. I know that KKG and AXO both take upperclassmen.
