fall rush
by: NewbieI see the "tiers" in sorority rankings, but I am much more interested in a house that sees improvement during my time at UCSB. Are there any sororities that are "on the rise" as aforementioned fraternities (Sig Pi, Sig Nu as I have read)?

There is no such thing as a top four. It is top 3, theta and kappa always try and finagle their way up there but it is never going to happen. It is true sororities dont change often, and after the ranking sororities by tiers it is really up to personal taste/ discretion which is best within each tier.

uh this "tier" thing is pretty dumb but as a guy I have to say that those "top 3" sororities are the only ones who think that way. Kappa and theta are top houses in a lot of guys opinions. and even in some girls opinions who don't have a bias for their own house. point is, everyone thinks theyre the best
