Most houses have been known to take a sophomore if they are a really valuable addition, but I know for a fact that ADPi, GPhi, and TriDelt do.

There were a few transfers in DG and APhi.

Tri Del ADPI and GPhi. But if you are awesome it shouldn't matter.

Most sophomores end up in the middle tier or bottom houses but there were for sure a couple in Pi phi, aphi, and dg. But if you fit perfectly in a top house they won't say no just because you're a sophomore, they're just pickier cause freshmen are priority.
