Why do people hate gphi and adpi? I’m thinking of rushing in the fall

nobody in real life hates adpi or gphi. they are great houses known for their strong sisterhood.

sororities do not at all dislike them. greek life is very status based and they seem to care more about sisterhood than what the frats think of them. except gphi is notoriously the sorority for people that dont get bids from other houses.

People don’t hate them, especially amongst the other sororities. They’re more so ranked low due to their frat connections. Both adpi and gphi are known for having less connections than the others and have a less full social calendar. Also, both, especially gphi, are known to invite everyone back and give bids to everyone to try to fill numbers.

Other sororities don’t hate them! Unfortunately people on this site think the most valuable asset is frat connections. Both Gphi and Adpi are pretty diverse and have a good sisterhood in general. UCSB’s Greek life is different to most bigger schools and the “bottom” sororities are generally well liked and are social, just unfortunately someone has to be the “bottom” in this weird ranking system that actually doesn’t really mean anything in real life.

gphi girls are so sweet and on the rise imo. adpi on the other hand... yikes. as a girl i genuinely don't think i've had a single positive experience with any of the active adpi girls, and so many of them drop which is why they have to cob practically every quarter. stuck up and weird which is why their relations aren't very good at all.

thats so weird u say that ab adpi cos i have so many panhel friendships as an axo member, n i know a lot of adpi’s. they are all so genuine and sweet. i believe they only did cob once from last yr just like a lot of the other sororities. they also have a full social calendar from what i remember 🤷🏻‍♀️

Yall are trippin. I’m in aphi and one of my best friends is in adpi. Their social calendar is with all the frats lol, just like every other sorority. I don’t understand why yall hatin on adpi lmfao, let alone any sorority overall. They mind their business, are baddies, and have a great sisterhood.
