ACTUAL Winter 2024 Frat Rankings w/reasons

Lots of false info going around on here lmfao so ima just set the record straight as a 2nd year in a sorority.
1. Sig pi - easily throws the best parties and has the biggest budget. lots of tall and attractive guys. pibiza was super fun and had a lot of people there early. redbull was a sponsorship and they had alch the entire night. highly respected within top sororities. Best relations is dg
2. ATO - fell off a bit since last year but still throw fun parties. quarterly was pretty good this quarter (a lot better than fall) the lights were a good addition. best sorority relation is pi phi
3. Sig chi - most people within the top sororities (apart from dg) agree that sig chi has gotten a lot better ever since fall 2023. There's clearly someone on this site that is butthurt about them for whatever reason but they throw good parties with fun setups. best sorority relation is aphi
4. sig ep - was top house fall 2021. basically tied with sig chi the main difference is they are a dry frat so its very hard to find alch at their parties. they have the best satellite (25) other than sig pi. recent pcs have pretty hit or miss. Their quad with pi was alright. Best sorority relation: aphi
5. ZBT - definitely on the rise these last 2 quarters. could be a contender for top house after spring rush. Quarterly was super sick. best sorority relation: kappa
6. Zete - although they don't throw much when they do they have girls from every sorority that show out. very much respected within top sororities. bunch of chillers. main issue is they don't pay dues so their budget is small. Best sorority relation: dg
7. Ksig - definitely improving but their reputation for being a cc house is very accurate. Could potentially move up if they have a good spring rush. best sorority relation: adpi/theta
8. DTD - very small frat here but big budget. some cool guys some interesting ones overall not as bad as everyone says they are. no sorority relations

Idk about SigChi above ATO, ATO has dropped but not quite that far. Zete and KSig I can def agree with tho. Zete's last few pcs have been lowkey ruining their chill rep, not to mention they're starting to become less and less well known since they hardly host any events.

Maybe if you're a freshman or sophomore in a sorority. But the remaining 90% of UCSB outside greeklife doesn't know or rlly care about the ranks all that much since they're subjective
