UPPER MIDDLE(almost top tier): ato/beta

MIDDLE(not bottom but not near top tier): aepi/sig pi/sig nu

BOTTOM: dtd/zbt


This is based off of progress made this year (pledge classes, word of mouth, parties, and who made a noticeable impact on the greek community overall)

By spring next year I think these frats will have moved:
Sig ep: Stays
Phi sig: up
Ato: down
beta: down
Aepi: up or down (probably down)
Sig Pi: up
Sig Nu: up
Dtd: maybe up (probably not)
zbt: stays

As a freshman sorority girl, I can tell you that ATO's freshman class is definitely better than Phi Sig's. Don't know much about about the upper classmen but sigep and ato are top two as far as freshmen are concerned

ATO is overrated. The boys are not that hot, their parties are nothing like Sig Eps or tikis, and yet they're constantly given top house rankings. Not to mention their house is by far the filthiest in the Greek community. Yeah they're "fratty" nothing like phi sig though. Overall, should not be a top house.
