Accurate Frat Rankings w reasoning

This is the objective truth. The people who say this isn’t accurate are likely in the bottom tier frats like ksig or dtd. A lot has changed in the last year w fall and spring rush.
1. ATO - often seen to have the most attractive guys, very douchey, but most girls will say they are #1
2. Sig pi - massive budget, great quarterlies, sorority girls love pi, probably will be #1 after fall quarter
3. Sig chi - big budget so their quarterlies are pretty good, lots of alch at parties, on the rise
4. Sig ep - dry frat so no alch at parties but very chill guys. Very respected by sororities, used to be #1 in 2021
5. ZBT - solid guys and solid house overall
6. Zete - they don’t pay dues and couldn’t throw last quarter so that’s why they’re below zbt. Chill surfers
7. Ksig - absolute weirdos, only hang w bottom tier sororities, lots of self ranking and are the ones who comment saying the ranks aren’t accurate
8. Dtd - some chill guys but very small bottom tier frat
9. Sae - the remainders of snu, no chapter house, only throws at zoo, good frat nationally
