Greek Life is here to stay

While I do agree that Greek Life is generally declining in popularity, its still a huge part of the UCSB experience. Over 10% of the school is in Greek Life, making it by far the biggest organization on campus. Fraternities run the largest and most consistent parties on dp and from their houses. Yes the school tries to keep a leash on frats, but they will never get rid of them because that will cost them %10 of their potential applicants. So yeah, greek life is here to stay.

this and the number of pnms that register for panhel recruitment increases every year. this past year was a record high and pc’s of 70 is unheard of
