Whats up with Sig Pi?

Im confused, on this site ppl seem to rate Sig Pi as one of the best frats, but the ppl at UCSB i ask abt it say they’re one of the worst. Also could someone fill me in on what happened with them in 2019? Cause ppl will bring it up but i never know what they’re talking abt
