Top:
these are all agreed upon just not the order.
sig pi: they have some of the best parties and very cute men.
ato: the reason why sig pi isn’t undisputed top house, it’s either ato or sig pi. super cool parties and super cute dudes.
sigep: very nice house and usually fun parties. the new couple pcs are questionable tho.
zete: there’s never drama or any problems that has zete involved. they’re a very small house but it’s crazy because they’re very close with ato and sigep, you’ll see zetes at every sigep/ato party. the most down to earth and funny guys in greek life
Mid:
Zbt: they’re doing better this year and I think it’s because all the first years go here. but they have some fun parties and actually a pretty cool pc. doesn’t deserve to be called one of the tops tho
Sigchi: always competing with zbt, very odd house, a lot of cool dudes but a lot of weirdos too. probably had the least fun here than any other house.
Bottom:

In terms of who goes to their parties there at the top for sure. They just are a lot more lowkey than $19,000 quarterlies sig chi and pi throw.

Fr and to have zete that high is wild. I didn’t even know they were a frat before I joined axo 🤧🤧 Sig chi def in spot 3-4. Our wedding with them was rlly fun.
