Why such low amount of PNMs?

Heard IFC rush only had like 100 PNMs this spring. Anyone know why it’s such a low amount? I feel like spring is usually around 200 - 250

Fall was unusually big this year since zoom had no part in it; makes sense that spring would be smaller

Besides that, IFC is notorious for doing the bare minimum to get kids to sign up for rush.
