Fraternity Rankings going into spring quarter

Hopping on here because I want to help the PNMs. The fraternity you choose is obviously very important and defines a lot of your experience. I made a lot of mistakes and didn’t end up loving my chapter. There were a lot of things I wish I knew. Here’s the order I’d put the houses in, in terms of which ones I’d recommend rushing:

Top:
ATO, ZETE, ZBT

Three pretty different experiences, but the one’s I’d most recommend. ATO has some of the best parties and is probably the most involved house. Pretty extreme pledging from what I’ve heard but definitely worth it to a lot of people. Zete has some of the coolest guys in IV, less extreme vibe and a great reputation with other fraternities and sororities. Barn satellite is sick. ZBT guys are super nice and definitely give you that pretty fratty experience, and they have probably the nicest chapter house and Satellite (tiki). Pretty important factor if you want to live-in.

Middle:
Sig ep, Sig Chi

Sig ep is definitely cool but pretty niche. Not very friendly. Got suspended last year. Sig Chi guys are pretty chill, throw big parties that are not very exclusive. CC girls love this house.

Would not recommend:

Sig pi

Just a lot of stigma around this house that I’d be weary off. Definitely have some cool guys but a lot of horror stories.
