In those orders. but fr sometimes I (regretfully) come on this cringe-ass website and it's the most obscure rankings I've ever seen.
But if you're seriously taking this website's rankings as a basis of what house to rush in spring please don't. If you wanted my honest advice on which houses are good all around and got the best dudes, id give you this as a list.

Relevancy, Parties, Guys, Real estate
Yes there has been fluctuations the last year or two but it hasnt changed a thing tbh.
