The best fraternity has good looking guys, throws wild parties, and gives off good vibes to make the girls feel comfortable. Therefore, It is hard to say which house is a top house. There are good looking guys in every fraternity, all the fraternities throw wild parties, and most fraternities make girls feel somewhat uncomfortable OR extremely welcome at some point throughout the night- based on which guys she talks to, how much alcohol is flowing. I would say that the tiers post is accurate. I think the top house changes from week to week. Most guys in the top 2 houses( dtd and sigma nu) could have gotten bids at any of the houses.
