what makes aphi the top house?

why is it pretty much agreed upon in all the rankings that aphi is the top house? i know nothing about greek life but from a physical standpoint i feel like there are more pretty girls and much prettier girls in houses like pi phi and dg. so i’m just wondering what gave aphi top house status. are their events/involvement better or something?

aphi is one of the least involved on campus and within greek life overall. they aren’t top house. there’s no such thing as a top house.
