Full Fall Frat Rush Ranking + Accurate Description

i’m a 3rd year in sorority if anyone has issues so my perspective
Tier 1:
1. Sig Pi - Became top house last year with a bunch of big events and threw best quarterlies. they have really fun dp night parties and daygers. only downside is they had some bad tgs last year

2. Sig Ep - Also have really good quarterlies and daygers on dp. guys are super interesting and seem to have a lot going for them. seems their spring PC was not good at all though

Tier 2:
3. ATO - still considered a top house by some but reputation falling a little bit. from face value looks like an amazing frat, but they just don’t throw consistent enough parties to be considered top anymore. still have great sorority relations for the most part and could be tier 1 in future.

4. Zete- probably the house that people
disagree on the most. have friends who swear zete is the best house but lots of others say otherwise. probably most different house from everyone else so if u fit, u fit

Tier 3:
5. ZBT- weird house to me because they have so many cool guys but also so many weird ones too. it’s an interesting mix of studs and people i’m uncomfortable around. wish they were more selective and they would be higher on my rankings
6. Snu - has some of the coolest guys i know by far. but they have been put in a bad position by the school and are probably over. Zoo is fun tho

7. Sig Chi- probably my least favorite house. these guys are so weird, and swear they are a top house. the only times i’ve been to their parties, it was exclusively filled with CC kids. idrc that much about it, but sometimes seem like they don’t know how to control a party

Tier 4: these guys both suck idk what else i normally avoid
