can you party during rush week

Are pnm's allowed to go out during welcome weekend/week during rush or would that get them blacklisted

its technically grounds to get kicked out of recruitment, but i dont think anyone actually reports it. just dont party with people in sororities

people definitely report. isn’t that how most of the sororities got banned last year

I really wouldn’t recommend it. the best week of parties is power week (the week following bid day) so spend the first days relaxing and getting to know people! Especially for freshmen who don’t know their limits it’s risky

i know that active sorority members (the ones doing the recruiting and who are in the sorority) aren't allowed to party/can't drink that week so there aren't many frat parties. As a pnm last year i went out a few times during rush week. just avoid talking about rushing/greek life while out and you should be fine.
