Frat Ranks and Descriptions

Tier 1:
Sig Pi - More of what your typical frat would look like. Probably the douchiest house on campus but known for having great relations with sororities and throwing good parties. Fell off hard in 2020 but finally made it back.
Sig Ep- Super surfer vibe, fell off a little middle of the year but had a great spring to bump this house back to tier 1. Also great relations with sororities. but there was some lack of quality in recent PC. Unique house all in all and is great if you fit that vibe.
ATO - Been a top house for a couple years now known for their really close relations with Pi phi. Historically thrown some great parties but have been falling off a little recently.

Tier 2:
Zete: Probably the hardest house to rank on here because these guys are just very different ( IN A GOOD WAY). Similar to Sig Ep in the surfer sense, but kinda on a more psychedelic vibe ? if that makes sense. honestly all and all a great house with also some great connections with sororities. doesn’t put as much of an emphasis on partying and is more on their own vibe compared with rest of the houses.

ZBT- Also a confusing house because it seems like there are so many guys I meet that are in ZBT. On one hand, there are some great guys that i consider some of my best friends, but on the other hand, some of the house is just plain weird. they keep up strong sorority relations but are somewhat known as the “GBF” house of the group. still love them though

Tier 3:
Sig Chi- one of the historically really good houses but had a tough time competing with other frats this year. also have a lot of really good guys and are known for close connection with Kappa. Parties are hit or miss but sometimes can be really fun.
Snu - Had a pretty confusing year with being on suspension but i honestly have a lot of faith in them for next year. have a bunch of really cool guys and i am excited to see where they go from here.

Tier 4:
DTD/ K Sig: lot of weirdos not really much to say.
