SRAT and FRAT end of year rankings rankings

Sororities
Tier 1: APhi and DG - Both houses had fantastic PCs and socials with whichever frats they wanted.
Tier 2: PiPhi - Came into the year on top but had the worst year out of any sorority by far. PC was mid and couldn't have TGs. Curious to see how they do next year
Tier 3: Theta and Kappa - Kappa had a very solid PC and a great year of TGs. Theta had a decent PC but still has a slightly better reputation than kappa among older kids.
Tier 4: AXO - Their PC was pretty awful. Struggled to get TGs with any frats and none with top-tier frats.
Tier 5 - ADPI and GPHI - Self-explanatory.
Frats
Tier 1: SigEp and SigPi - Both houses recruited well both cycles, and consistently threw good parties at chap and on DP. Super glad that SigEp is back and that SigPi is close to being back where they were my freshman year (fall 2019)
Tier 2: ATO - Would argue they recruited better than both tier 1 houses but with their lack of presence on DP and 2 bad quarterlies it's really hard to put them in tier 1.
Tier 3: ZBT and Zete - ZBT started off super well but have been suspended since November. If they can get that figured out and keep their house, I expect them to move up. Zete is the same story as always, cool guys but just cant throw parties.
Tier 4: Sig Chi - Still have no respect from older girls. Had a couple allegations this year that they swept under the rug. No TGs with top sororities. They're getting better but definitely still a lower-mid house at the moment.
Tier 5: SNU - Zoo got old after the first time and that's all they had all year. Don't know if they'll be a frat much longer but they still have some cool guys.
Tier 6: Ksig and DTD - Self-Explanatory.
