PNMs- this is fact

Last year every or nearly every house did fall formal and later in the year, informal rush. Informal is routinely done so chapters have enough members to keep it financially sound. A chapter cannot survive without enough new members each year.
Last year houses doing informal posted it on social media ahead of time, opening it up to anyone interested. However each year varies with how informal is done at each chapter and if it’s done. Informal will not happen if a srat has their full quota. Only if they fall below.
4 sororities cannot recruit now because UCSB is validating what is true and what is not. Once situations are settled with the school, these houses will be able to do informal and will want to because they will all need many new members. No actual timeframe yet as to when that will be.
