I only like 1 of my 2 houses left. What do I do?
by: Help!
After preference, can I only put down 1 house? If I do that and don’t get that house, what happens? Can I do informal later this year?
Please only helpful and honest answers

If you sign the MRBA and don't accept a bid you may be out of luck with COB. If you only list one choice and don't match, however, then you are unmatched at the end and you are eligible for COB. You can drop out before signing the MRBA and try COB but hard to say if your top choices will be open. If they are one of the groups that are suspended temporarily, you could be waiting a long while. So ... I suggest just listing the one you like and take your chances. If you don't match them, you will be sad, but you have options in COB. Good luck!!!!

Yes, above is correct.
Listing only ONE house is call “suiciding”. It’s risky, but if that’s the ONLY place you see yourself, then consider it.
