Rankings for 2021 Recruitment

From someone unaffiliated with greek life, this is how myself and my friends see the sororities & frats:
1. Aphi/Pi Phi/ Dg
All of these sororities have different levels of toxicity and good things about them, but Pi phi typically has the lowest rate of happy members (from what i’ve heard) and aphi is known for only recruiting girls who look a certain way. DG has some really authentic girls who are truly friendly and down to earth, but there’s also a lot of cliques which could cause problems.
2. Theta/AXO
Theta is probably more desired by PNMs, but I feel AXO is somewhere middle tier because no one really cares about them or hates them. Not bad, but not great, definition of average.
3. Kappa
They care way too much about what the public perceives them as, but lots of the girls i have interacted with are sweet and smart, but there are a lot who are completely different from nice.
4. GPHI
While typically considered a bottom sorority, I would rank them slightly higher just because they have a very authentic sisterhood and truly care about one another. Going GPHI is definitely for the girls who just want authentic friendships, but they’re not the cutest or the most popular.
5. ADPI
Literally so desperate. I always have one or two adpi’s come up to me at parties telling me their in adpi like it makes them a celebrity. like every other house, they have nice and cute girls but on the whole they’re way too inflated about themselves and have gone really down hill since I came to school here.

Frats:
1. ZBT/ATO
Purely because the top sororities tend to gravitate towards them. They’re fun, but not the best ever.
2. Zete
Would probably be higher if they had a better house and threw more parties, but i have never known a zete boy to be problematic. super chill surfer vibes.
3. Sig ep/sig chi
sig chi has definitely gone down hill since i got here but they’re still up there for reliability and the fact that they’re nice guys. their funny and can throw some good parties sometimes. sig ep is fun, but a lot of the guys are questionable.
4. Snu
Not awful but some of the dudes there are just straight up weirdos and they’re definitely not a frat I enjoy going to.
5. Sig pi, dtd and ksig are all down her for obvi reasons.
the only i could see moving is ksig, as they do have some fun parties and some fun guys, but dtd and sig pi will probably never get up there
