fall quarter exchange rush?
by: incomingI'll keep this short. I'm coming to UCSB on exchange for the fall quarter, I've been locked up in Canada for far too long, I need to party, and I need somewhere to live. What frats are still active in IV? Can I rush for just the quarter I'm there? How do I get in contact with said houses pre-arrival? All advice appreciated
