by: heyhow many spots does each chapter have for cob? ik pi phi, kappa, adpi and gphi are doing it but there's a lot of girls.

pi phi has a lot of spots but they won't fill them unless they really like you i.e. they'll only take girls who are close friends already but it doesn't matter now since they finished already.
kappa only has a few but they will fill to quota, my guess is less than 10 spots.
adpi/gphi will have a lot and take as many people as possible, so you have a good shot there if you want it. significantly less competitive to get a spot than kappa or pi phi.
