Does the sorority you’re in actually matter? I’m not in a top sorority and I’m still at home, but do people treat you differently if you aren’t in a top sorority?

i'm not in a top sorority and I've never felt put down by anybody about my sorority! what matters so much more is the friends you make in your house

If you mean in terms of getting into parties I’m not in a top house and it has never been a problem. The sorority you are in doesn’t matter as long as you make friends. If anyone thinks it matters it is probably cause they are just insecure about themselves and need someone to project it onto. Not that anyone should by any means be partying right now but for when things get back to normal you will be fine.
