pi phi won’t publicly announce cob but will slip in some new girls they can pimp out to the frats

what do you guys think about the frats n srats doing COB? what’s the reason for them doing a winter rush and other ones aren’t?

it just means they have some open spots (seniors graduating, etc)! Most of the sororities here do COB at least once a year, but they don't all publicize it.

Exactly. Just means they have some spots and the house decided to fill them. Some srats will publicize cob and some will not, but most houses will usually do some form of cob

can also mean that they didn't hit quota during recruitment (aka not enough girls liked them and vice versa)
