What makes an actual good srat:

Attitude: doesn’t think they’re the “best” or “better” than any other srat, respectful to other srats/doesn’t refer to other srats as bottom houses
Involvement: turns out to stuff like philos/tg’s for their house and all the other frats/srats also
Sisterhood: overall girls get along and have lower drop rates, mems don’t feel excluded due to cliquey groups within the srat
Recruitment: makes effort to get to know all pnms, doesn’t pre-rank based on social media, doesn’t dirty rush, not racially biased in recruiting
