Can panhell mandate implicit racial bias training?

ik its hard not to but you cant exactly judge an entire house based on their social media. social media can make any house look more/less diverse than it actually is especially when theyre are girls who dont get posted. in that case yea you should blame whoever runs the insta but you cant say the whole house isnt diverse if you havent seen every member
