It's just extra hypocritical after they spent all summer posting about their inclusion initiatives, and their diversity committees, etc

yeah, that’s about right. Don’t forget about like almost every single one of the “top” house fraternities also being that. Like girls can at least rush ANY other house besides Pi and Aphi, but every single “top” “mid” house is like this
