abt the aphi/piphi diversity issues

so i’m seeing some posts about aphis and pi phi’s pc being 99% white girls mostly blonde even after their diversity posts and all and a lot of people can’t seem to understand SO imagine for rush this year everyone had to have their cameras off, the chapters actually didn’t check instagrams, and they just plain out know nothing about how they look like. you cannot tell me that aphi and pi phi would have the same pc as they do now. if they looked only at the character of the pnm, i bet 15% of the girls from the pc would have actually gotten a bid. it was a little understandable that if a pnm had a sister in a chapter she would end up there, but when all her roommates end up with her there’s a huge issue, AND BTW we need to do something about, we can’t let them get away with it. with all of their dirty rushing that they did in PLAIN SITE (but somehow no one has reported them), they have lost all their values. the “rumors” that their houses are cliquey and the high drop rates don’t just come out of no where. aphi and pi phi need a reinvention.
