Will Theta or Kappa COB this year?

Doubt it, houses don’t announce COB unless they need that many girls. Only houses I’ve seen do COB are ones coming back from probation (lots of girls drop and they need to fill up the house) or houses doing COB but not announcing it because they only need a couple girls and so they just recruit their friends.
I did see Adpi post about COB already so they didn’t meet quota.
