Which houses are doing cob and when is the right time to reach out and ask? Would someone in the chapter know or just the chapter head?

i don't think the houses even know if they are doing cob right now since recruitment just ended. if they do it, it's usually in winter quarter. you could email the chapter or ask someone in the house.
