is piphi actually toxic?

so i still have piphi as one of my houses and I know this isnt the best place for feedback but, is it actually not worth joining? ive seen so many negative things about the sisterhood (which is the main thing im looking for), but I got great vibes from them during rush. i really enjoyed my time with them both rounds and im feeling conflicted pls help

There is zero sisterhood in pi phi. If that’s what you’re looking for look elsewhere!

this website is full of toxic people so my best advice is to go with your gut all sororities at ucsb are amazing and have good sisterhood

Straight up they all hate each other. The actual nice ones are pushed aside by the ‘popular’ girls and ruin the entire experience. So bad

my roommate went pi phi and has told me she should have chosen differently. they recruit hardcore to make girls feel really “special” during recruitment to get them to want them. once in the house, it’s very different. if you’re not in a certain cliques within pi phi, you feel left out. and there is so much drama.
its not like that in other houses.
