it seems like everyone here loves theta so i’m curious as to why they’re ranked so low???? like ik ranking don’t really matter but it just doesn’t make sense

I think theta is kinda known for being chill and nice, which is great but they aren't really considered a "top", when compared with a phi, pi phi, dg, etc. but in my opinion any house is a good house if you like it :)

you said it, the rankings don’t matter and aren’t even correct imo
a few houses spend tons of time creating rankings where they are at the top and pay to have negative reviews removed.
other houses don’t do this and aren’t obsessed with these alleged rankings because they’re confident with themselves

Theta’s don’t really seem to care about this website whatsoever and it is a really cool house, and one of the most liked. most of the Ranks on here are also self ranks, UCSB isn’t really a “ranking” school as well, every house attracts a certain type of girl. They’re kinda more lowkey, like alt girls And are known for being very genuine and fun.
