What do houses cut you based off of?

i’m so sad i got cut from all the houses i really loved :( i don’t understand what i did wrong or why they didn’t invite me back i feel like our conversations were really good. do u guys know what houses were judging us based off of

superficiality, dirty rushing (especially a phi w all the sisters of the seniors rushing this year) also there are too many girls rushing. it’s a rough year

believe it or not we do get a really good sense of your personality compared to the girls in our chapters. it's not that we don't like you, it's that we don't think you would vibe with us long term, that's all.

Same!! All but one house cut me after round 1 even though I thought I vibed w a bunch of them. So... if u feel like it’s just u I really really really hope you know it’s not. I hope you’re doing alright ❤️ And please don’t let this determine your worth <3 I’m so sorry

alpha phi knows exactly who they want before they even start recruiting. they’ve already made up their minds and ur personality means nothing. they don’t care to make friends... all they care about is how you’ll make their instagram look. for all the girls that got dropped, be grateful other houses will want u for who u are instead of how little ur waist is....

sometimes you can get dropped even if the girl you talked to liked you. the house might have dropped you because they didnt think you fit in with the rest of the house. believe it or not sororities arent cookie cutter and couple girls dont represent the entire house.
