“Top” houses consist of what people deem the most attractive girls. Those houses get the most attention from frats and have the most socials. top frats only socialize with the top sororities tbh so it’s all shallow bs :) Look at the reviews each individual sorority has. You’d be surprised to read that many receive backlash for not having a “good enough” insta feed.

a key thing to remember is that top houses are REALLY good at recruitment and making most PNMs feel at home/impressed during recruitment, even though the chapter itself is very different from how it is presented in recruitment.

That's how top houses are able to be so selective in choosing new members - they are good at recruiting, so more girls rank them higher, so they have more choice in the PNMs they invite back.

top houses in no way have more philanthropic opportunities and some are known for weaker sisterhoods.keep an open mind.

And to clarify, there are hot girls in every single house! Hot girls are not just in the so-called top houses.

There is no point. Greek life here is really chill, unlike some other schools. You’ll go to plenty of events, frat parties and such.

Even non-sorority girls go to frat parties. If you crave a full social life, you will have one. it’s not exclusive to certain srats
