Looking to pledge next rush and wanted a insider look at witch frat is best(and i don't care how cute the guys are).

You won't get a legitimate answer on this website. Go meet them, even if they aren't doing a winter rush--the initiative will not hurt you come spring.

the word "best" when it comes to fraternities is really up to your interpretation. you have to see them all for yourselves and make your decision based on that. if someone tells you a certain frat is the "best" they could be saying it because they're the most involved, they're the classiest, they throw the most parties, they're the best looking, etc...which at UCSB is a different frat for almost every one of those categories
