I think so because osl is involved in their situation with the parties at the senior house. Technically they broke the law on top of that Greek life is on thin ice, not a good look.

dg is mock rushing with kappa so seems like they're still allowed

I heard they can’t rush but might be able to do cob in winter so they’re not telling anyone because they want to seem like they have a chance to get a good pc considering they’ve fallen to mid and continuing to go down

i'm in dg and we're still preparing for rush. the party was thrown by a handful of dgs (the rest in that house were subleasers/no longer affiliated) and was by no means representative of the org as a whole
